Tuthilltown’s Hudson bourbons, ryes, and whiskeys are distilled less than 90 minutes from New York City, and they’re unbelievably delicious, complex, and worth your time and palate.Tuthilltown's Brand Ambassador and Distiller Gable Erenzo will be pouring a number of whiskeys, ryes and bourbons from their premium line, all distilled less than one hour from New York City. Expect to sample Tuthilltown's Hudson Single Malt, Four Grain Bourbon, Baby Bourbon, Manhattan Rye and New York Corn Whiskey.
Great booze deserves outstanding food, so we’ll have Chef Ryan Tate (formerly of Lure Fishbar, Savoy, and Cookshop) on premises preparing an outstanding seasonal menu of canapés and snacks made with the best Hudson Valley ingredients. And to get the juices flowing, we’ll kick off the evening with cocktails made with Tuthilltown spirits, mixed by cocktail master, Walter Easterbrook (The Bowery Hotel).

- Foie gras au torchon, brown sugar, and burnt orange
- Baskets of bacon with Baby Bourbon maple syrup
