Whisk(e)y 101 with Steve Schuler on Saturday, February 21st at 4pm.
During this class Steve will discuss everything from grains to barrels to peat to water. We will cover major whiskey styles such as American Rye and Bourbon, Blended Scotch and Single Malts, Irish, and Canadian, and pour classic examples of each to explain their difference and their similarities.
