Our most popular spirits class is back, with six delectable whiskies picked to illustrate the importance of grain, distilling technique, and barrel aging, as well as international styles. We'll give you pointers on how to tell Scotch from Irish, and bourbon from rye, so you can order your next dram with confidence. Come learn and taste with us!
