For those of you who share our sentiment that whiskey tastes great with everything, you will not be surprised to learn that whiskey and cheese are a perfect match.

Join Char No. 4 this Thursday, March 19th at 7:30 to either confirm and celebrate your belief in the versatility of whiskey or to make a delicious new discovery. Join Katie Falconer of Stinky Bklyn and Char No. 4's Dave Escovitz to learn about whiskey, cheese, barrels, sheep, rinds, fermentation and the soft skill of a cheesy, boozy smile.

Rittenhouse Rye
Bleu de Chevre - (aka Persillé de Rambouillet) Goat's milk blue from la Ferme de la Tremblaye in the Île-de-France.
