Whiskey Business: Whiskey and Cheese

The natural partner for a hunk of cheese often comes from grains rather than grapes. Explore the origins of whiskey, as well as the wide variety of aromas and tastes of the world's best whiskey regions. Whether they're light and honeyed, have a rich, sherried sweetness, or end emphatically with full- bodied peat smoke, whiskey's characteristics create a fantastic foil for cheese. As the temperature outside begins to drop, raise your body's temperature with some fiery mash--your tastebuds will thank you.

Special guest Nicola Riske of the Edrington Group will share both fan favorites, as wel as rare and expensive whiskeys from the Highland Park and Macallan line.
