About 40% of what we eat is pollinated by insects and in large part this is done by the honey bee. Caledonia Spirits in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont has had a relationship with the bees for more than 50 years and today crafts award-winning spirits in the tradition of the founder’s farming and distilling family in Scotland. Using pure, raw honey to produce Barr Hill Gin, Vodka and Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin, each expression reflects the flowers visited by the bees and the terroir of the Northeast.
