Curriculum:
• Whisky Cocktails Featuring Compass Box Scotch
• Bladnoch
• Knappogue castle
• Linkwood
• Ledaig
• Glen Scotia 18
• Hedonism

Headmaster:
Robin Robinson from Compass Box will lead the “field trip”.

Extra Credit:
• Duck breast crostini w/ bramble marmalade
• Roasted plum tomato & fresh mozzarella bruschetta
• Neep ‘n’ tattie pancake topped w/ home made haggis
• Tandoori chicken skewers served w/ mango chutney & dill-yogurt sauce
• Skirlie potato cake w/ fillet of beef & Dunsyre blue cheese
• Quail Scotch eggs topped w/ grain mustard
• Shrimp fritters w/ lemon-pepper aioli
• Spring onion potato pancake w/ whisky cured gravlax & sweet red pepper salsa
