Featuring a pre-dinner Whisky cocktail, 3 Whiskies (including one VERY
special guest), delicious food pairing, industry experts and the usual
charismatic and hip Highlands staff!
Appetizer:
Bowmore 15: Pheasant Ravioli, Confit Leg, Concorde Grape Jus, Sauteed Rocket.
Main Course:
Bowmore Tempest: Roasted Red Snapper, Citrus and black Pepper Vinaigrette, Pickled Onions, Fingerling Potatoes, Hazelnuts
Dessert:
Glen Grant 10: Lemon Butter Cake, Lavender Honey Glaze, Yogurt Sorbet.
There will be two sittings for the November 29th tastings, at 7pm and
9.30pm - both of which are filling up fast.
