Highlands celebrates National Scotch Day on July 27 with a whisky-and-tapas dinner. Highland Park Scotch Whisky will be paired with a selection of Spanish-inspired small plates prepared by Chef Will Hickox. The event costs $55 and reservations are available at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
