Suntory whisky, especially the Yamazaki label, is the most respected and coveted Japanese whisky in the world. And as such, it's becoming increasingly hard to find. We've tracked down some rare bottles from private collectors, and we're hosting a master class and tasting of these incredible spirits. The class will include in-depth education about the Suntory house style, distillation and blending methods, grain bill, and aging process, led by Gardner Dunn, Senior Ambassador of Japanese Whisky at Suntory. We'll start the night with a Krug Champagne welcome toast, then move to a vertical whisky tasting plus hearty hors d'oevures to pair with the spirits.
