Domaine des Hautes Glaces

Organic farm distillery high in the Trièves valley of the French Alps, founded 2009 and now owned by Rémy Cointreau. Grows its own cereals and malts, distils and matures entirely on site — closer to a wine estate's logic than a Scotch distillery's.
