Our third annual celebration of the pig and the corn promises to be our best yet: each guest will get his or her own bacon tasting plate so that everyone gets a chance to sample the full array of cured meat from artisinal producers, pairing them to the premium American whiskies at a personal pace. There will be other bacon-centric snacks to help line the stomach for all of that whiskey (bacon magic bars, anyone?). And we're limiting the number of guests by half so, no crowds! Our traditional compliment of cocktails and mini-classes on the art and science of bacon making, fat washing and the like takes this casual walk-around tasting to new heights.
