The Eight Proof Club presents Angel's Envy & Glendalough @ Crooked Knife 14
Angel's Envy will be presenting their range with the assistance of club member Tricia Elms. We will have the bourbon, the rye, and an exclusive sampling of their cask strength (only 6,500 bottles are made a year). In 2013 Spirit Journal named Angel Envy's Cask Strength the "Best Spirit in the World."
Club member Andy Bette will be presenting Glendalough Sherry Cask Finish Potin. Potin is a predecessor to whiskey, made partially with sugar beets and potatoes.
Food will be provided. Merriment will be abundant.
