Barrell Whiskey is a small company with a few strict values it adheres to: transparency, and cask strength. Sourcing barrels from Kentucky and Tennessee, they produce very small batch blends of impeccably chosen barrels. Both their American whiskey, which is a bourbon mash whiskey aged in refill american oak, and bourbon will be opened.
