Blend Your Own Whiskey — with Allen Katz!

Join spirits creator Allen Katz for an interactive whiskey-blending session built around his award-winning Jaywalk Rye. You'll sample eight live barrels distilled from Horton Rye — the revived 17th-century grain varietal at the heart of Jaywalk — and blend a whiskey expression of your own. The night suits whiskey experts and first-timers alike.

Included: a welcome cocktail, a comprehensive single-barrel tasting, the hands-on blending session with Katz, light snacks, a second cocktail, and a 200ml bottle of your custom rye to take home. Attendees also get 10% off bottle purchases at Jaywalker on the day of the event. Ages 21+.
