This class will look at some of the new craft distillers popping up all over the place, from Utah (High West Distillers), to Colorado (Breckenridge) to New York State's Tuthilltown Distillery where special guest Gable Erenzo, Master Distiller and Ambassador to Hudson Whiskies will join us to share his knowledge and experience on distillation to provide you with a sneak-peak at this growing trend. Light Fare will be served.

NOTE: Class tickets can be purchased a la carte. Though participating in all three is recommended, enthusiasts do not need to attend each class in the series to be able to enjoy them.
