Celebrate the Kentucky Derby in style with a Bourbon inspired dinner at ICE!

Join Chefs James Briscione & Chris Gesualdi along with Bourbon Expert, Anthony Caporale, for an intimate dinner celebrating the Kentucky Derby. Dress your Derby best and join us on Friday, May 3, 6:30pm-9:30pm for this one-of-a-kind meal prepared by ICE's culinary masters.

You will enjoy signature bourbon cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and a five-course bourbon inspired tasting menu prepared by our chefs. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the kitchen as our chefs prepare your meal.

Your menu includes: Mint Juleps; Mini Hot Brown Sandwiches; Pickled Shrimp 'Kentuckyaki' Fried Chicken Bourbon Cured Trout with Pickled Beets, BLiS 9 Bourbon Aged Vinegar, Crispy Carolina Rice and Pea Shoots Local Asparagus and Farm Egg, Charred Scallion, Lemon Coulis and Bourbon and Mint Seasonal Fish with Butterbeans and Benton's Ham Broth Kentucky Burgoo with Roasted Rabbit, Corn Three Ways, Okra and Molasses Jus Hot Strawberry Gelee Doughnuts, Compressed Strawberries, Bourbon and Berry Ganache with Buttermilk Ice Cream. All dishes will be paired with Bourbon Cocktails, which will be specially prepared and presented by our own Bourbon expert Anthony Caporale. Seating is limited, so please register now!
