Come meet Brenne producer, Allison Patel, and try her first expression: Estate Cask. A single malt whisky made from seed-to-spirit at a farm-distillery in Cognac, France. It's distilled twice in an alembic still, starts it's aging in new French Limousin oak barrels and is then transferred into used Cognac casks for finishing. Each barrel is bottled individually as part of a single-barrel expression.
Brenne Estate Cask brings a new profile to the world of Single Malts - much more fruit-forward and very approachable. Come enjoy a free taste!
