Come meet Brenne producer, Allison Patel, and try some Brenne. A single malt whisky made from seed-to-spirit at a farm-distillery in Coganc, France. It's distilled twice in an alembic still, starts it's aging in new French Limousin oak barrels and is then transfered into used Cognac casks for finishing.
