West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 in Union Hall, Co Cork, Ireland. In 2013 production was moved to a larger facility in Skibbereen, Co Cork. They are the only distillery in Ireland to malt their own barley. All of their whiskies, including the 10 year old single malt, was distilled and aged completely by WCD. The Pogues have also invested the distillery, and have produced a their own bottling from WCD. In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we will be tasting the full range at Treadwell Park from 7-9pm
