Are you a fan of brown spirits and boozy drinks? This class is for you! Join as for an in-depth look into the dark side of the spirits world. We’ll taste our way through a variety of brown spirits such as bourbon, rye and scotch as we explore what sets each apart from the next. We’ll then create a variety of cocktails using these spirits - we’ll whip up classic Old Fashioneds and Manhattans and then create modern versions of these spirit-forward cocktails. Finally, we’ll let the experimentation begin - you’ll apply your newfound knowledge to create a few original cocktails using a bevy of spirits, mixers and garnishes.
