Compass Box @ Bowery & Vine

For our whisky drinkers, we will be tasting examples from the Compass Box Whisky, a specialist Scotch whiskymaker. The Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky uses soft fruity malt whiskies and is aged in American first-fill oak casks. The Oak Cross Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is named to illustrate its aging in both American and French oak casks. The Peat Monster combines a couple peaty malts from Islay and the Isle of Mull with a Speyside malt. A smoky, yet elegant scotch.
