For our whisky drinkers, we will be tasting examplesfrom the Compass Box Whisky, a specialist Scotch whiskymaker. The Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky uses soft fruity malt whiskies and is aged in American first-fill oak casks. The Flaming Heart Vatted Malt Scotch Whisky is a big, smoky malt whisky with rich, concentrated vanilla and spice character. The Great King St. New York Blend is a custom Limited Edition, made especially for our city. It is a hearty, full-flavored style of Scotch whisky with a big smoky, dried fruit and malt complexity.
