Cooley Irish Whiskey Tasting
Opened in 1987 from a converted potato alcohol facility, Cooley became the third Irish whiskey distillery in operation. They have an impressive range of bottlings, but are not as well well known as they should be. Come by and see what they're up to. We'll be pouring Kilbeggan (their blend), Tyrconnell (a not smokey single malt) and Connemara (a smokey single malt).
