The Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye is crafted using locally sourced rye grain. It is aged at least six months in charred new oak quarter casks. It has a typical 'rye spice' and a round finish. Their unaged will also be sampled. It is taken straight from the still, diluted down to 100 proof and bottled.
