Delaware Phoenix is the product of one woman - Cheryl Lins. She handles production at the distillery, from mashing to delivering finished bottles, and everything in between. Delaware Phoenix Bourbon is pot distilled from corn, rye, and malted barley, matured for 8-10 months in new charred oak barrels, and hand bottled at 100 proof.
