Meet the proprietor of New York's Delaware Phoenix Distillery! This Friday, Cheryl Lins (who is also the distiller) will be at Astor Wines & Spirits pouring free samples of her "Rye Dog" white whiskey, a rare unaged whiskey made from 100% rye.
No one else is making a spirit like this right now, and we are thrilled to have Cheryl here to lead this tasting and talk about her whiskey.
Plus: As a special treat, Michael Neff, proprietor and bartender of TriBeCa's Ward III, will be here mixing up his own amazing creation, the "Il Cane" cocktail! Rye Dog is capable of truly great things, and Michael's sublime concoction proves it. Stop by this Friday and taste for yourself!
