Finger Lakes Distilling makes delicious spirits on the shores of Seneca Lake in Burdett, New York. Brian McKenzie will join us here at The Farm on Adderley for a five-course dinner from our kitchen paired with drinks made from his concoctions. Brian's booze is made from 90% New York State ingredients (fruit, berries, grains). He makes a range of whiskeys, grappas, vodkas, brandys, gins and liqueurs that are uniquely New York in taste.
