Bourbon from Hillrock's new stills is mixed with bourbons of various ages; then the whiskey is aged in ex-Oloroso Sherry barrels... it's an intricate process, but luckily we'll have Master Distiller Dave Pickerell here to explain it all as he pours this fascinating and delicious bourbon.
