Tuthilltown Spirits is New York's first whiskey distillery since prohibition, distilling some of America's most prized spirits here in the Hudson Valley. Their handmade sprits, which start at the farm distillery as raw grain, are made without added flavor or color. Products include the Baby Bourbon, Manhattan Rye, Single Malt and New York Corn Whiskey.

Noorman's Kil
Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.
It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
