In this very special class, guest Irish Toast Master Tim Hurlihey will get you primed for Spring by introducing you to some rare and unusual Irish whiskies from his private collection. As well as teach you how to “wow” guests with the perfect toast for your celebratory events. We’ll taste irish Pot Still Whiskies, Irish Single Malts, Irish Grain Whiskies and Blends. Best guest toast gets free extra dram at the end of the evening. Signature cocktail and light appetizers provided.
