Come try a new American whiskey: Leviathan I from Lost Spirits Distillery is one of the most heavily peated whiskeys in the world. Its intense smoke is balanced by maturation in French oak casks previously filled with Cabernet Sauvignon. These Late Harvest Cabernet casks intensify the chocolate notes from the peat and sweetens the fruity/caramel opening of the distillate.
