7:00pm - 8:30pm

This week we celebrate the launch of Maker's 46, be one of the first to taste the new bourbon release in NYC!

The tasting event will consist of a guided tour through the maturation process of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight bourbon whisky. Starting with the un-aged new distillate “White Dog” guests will have the opportunity to experience the distinct flavor profile of the corn, malted barley, and red winter wheat that makes Maker’s Mark so unique. We will then move on to under matured version of Maker’s Mark that has been in charred new American oak barrels for between 1 to 2 years exemplifying the beginning stages of how whisky matures and the unique effects the Kentucky climate has on whisky. Next guests will experience the fully matured Maker’s Mark with an entirely new understanding of how the master distiller achieves the unique sweet forward fishing taste of the iconic Kentucky Bourbon. And then an over matured Maker’s Mark that has been in barrels for between 9 to 10 years, again as a point to understand exactly why Maker's Mark chooses to age its bourbon the way they do.

Finally as a special unveiling and for the first time in over 50 years of producing Maker’s Mark, guests will have the opportunity to taste Maker’s 46, the first French Oak stave finished American Bourbon ever to be commercially produced!
