Join Maker’s Mark® Bourbon to get hog-wild, Kentucky-style with the renowned butchers at NYC meatery The Cannibal for “Meat Your Maker” Bourbon & Butchery. Attendees will get schooled with a whole hog butchering demo, including DIY tips on breaking down individual cuts of mouth-watering slabs of swine. Each artisanal pork cut will then be showcased in a variety of small plates paired with craft beer cocktails expertly made with Maker’s Mark.
