Biodynamic and organic wines are gaining popularity, but what makes them so special? It's time to educate your wine palate, one delicious drink at a time.
Join New York Adventure Club (http://www.nyadventureclub.com/) as we taste and learn our way through 10 natural wines from around the world, all inside a 1921 townhouse in Midtown that is now home to the Church of Sweden.
Led by Amy Karasavas, a certified sommelier, our unique experience at this intimate space in Manhattan will include:
• An overview of biodynamic and organic wine, from what it is to why it's having a cultural moment
• A primer on how to see, smell, and taste wine
• A tasting of 10 wine varietals from around the world with opportunities to share and discuss each wine's qualities
• A chance to mingle with other adventurers who enjoy wine as much as you do
