Power through the beginning of the workweek with a whisky tasting inside a historic 1921 townhouse in the heart of Midtown.
Join New York Adventure Club (https://www.nyadventureclub.com/) for an exclusive whisky tasting with Penderyn Distillery, which is producing award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits in the foothills of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales.
Led by David Cover, Global Brand Ambassador for Penderyn Distillery (http://penderyn.wales/), our unique experience in this intimate space in Manhattan, now home to the Church of Sweden, will include:
• An overview of whisky; from what it is and how it's made, to insight into the booming industry
• The story and history behind Penderyn Distillery, including its unique location in the historic village of Penderyn
• An educational tasting of over six of their award-winning whiskies, including three that are new to the United States
• A chance to mingle with other adventurers who enjoy whisky as much as you do

About David
David Cover, Global Brand Ambassador for Penderyn Distillery, is a self-proclaimed ‘whisky nerd,’ driven to find out why whiskies taste the way they do. He holds a General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD), and has worked in every area of the distillery during his career.
