NY Distilling Company

The offerings of Brookyln-based New York Distilling Company harken back to spirits of yore in pre-Prohibition America. We're sampling four such beautifully-rendered relics: the Dorothy Parker Gin, which deftly blends traditional and contemporary botanicals; Perry's Tot, which is America's first "navy strength" gin; Mister Katz's Rock & Rye, a ready-to-drink rye whiskey cocktail made with rock candy and spices; and the Ragtime Rye, a whiskey distilled from New York state rye and aged in full-size barrels to ensure a robust flavor.
