A sure way to stay warm on a cold night, settle in to a cozy evening at Beecher's pairing distinctive pours of scotch and whiskey with their cheesy counterparts. The tasting will be led by scotch aficionado Nicola Riske, of Edrington fame, and Beecher's cheesemaker, Andrew Torrens.
