Straight Rye Whiskey
Matured for four years, Sagamore Rye is a blend of two rye whiskies - one with a high rye content, and one with a lower rye content. The spirit is then infused with water from the Sagamore Farm, which sits on top of a limestone aquifer. A nose of warm cinnamon, vanilla bean, honey, and nutmeg leads to notes of caramel, molasses and peppery baking spices on the palate.
Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey
Bottled without any dilutions or alterations, Sagamore Cask Strength offers aromas of dark chocolate, caramel, and baking spice, complemented by flavors of honeysuckle, citrus, and toffee. Hints of vanilla and black pepper appear on the bold finish.
