Matured for four years, Sagamore is a blend of two rye whiskies - one with a high rye content, and one with a lower rye content. The spirit is then infused with water from the Sagamore Farm, which sits on top of a limestone aquifer. Aromas of warm cinnamon, vanilla bean, honey, and nutmeg lead to flavors of caramel and molasses, with peppery baking spice appearing on the finish.
