The Old Forester Whiskey Row series launched in 2014, offering consumers a way to taste through Old Forester history. Four expressions complete the series, each representing a moment in Old Forester’s 150-year story: 1870 Original Batch Whisky, 1897 Bottled in Bond, 1910 Old Fine Whisky, and 1920 Style Prohibition Whisky. The talented and experienced chef team at Sanfords has prepared three savory dishes and one sweet dessert with one of the classic expressions infused into each dish. We will be pairing those delicious plates with the very same whiskies they were crafted with as a way to further unveil the layers of complexity each whiskies have to offer. As an added bonus, there will be a craft-your-own-old-fashioned recpetion at the beginning the night. Guests will be able to select their own sweetener, bitters, Old Forester Whiskey Row expression and garnish for the Sanfords bar team to custom prepare for them.
