Join spirits expert Ethan Kelly to explore an outstanding lineup of Scotland’s finest single malt whiskies, as we travel the regions to learn to distinguish our Spaysides from our Islays. And, since man cannot live on whisky alone (or so we’ve been told) cheese expert and pairing master Jon Lundbom will present a variety of fine artisanal cheeses to bring out the best in our drams. From subtle fresh cheeses, to decadent bloomy rind cheeses, to pungent washed rinds, to cheddars and blues, there’s a perfect match every step of the way.
