Standard Wormwood Distillery is pushing the boundaries of classic liquors by redefining and reinventing the craft of what wormwood spirits can be. Growing their own wormwood in New York's Hudson Valley, they use its bitter, complex profile to create uniquely layered spirits that can be enjoyed on their own, or as substitutions for classic spirits in a wide range of cocktails.
