From Colorado, we will be opening Stranahan’s Colorado Straight Whiskey. Unique in the bourbon world, Colorado whiskey tends to have a complexity and earthy quality that it owes to its water sources and ageing style. Additionally, we will open the very popular Knob Creek and Maker’s Mark bourbons from Kentucky.
