For August’s First Saturday, we welcome back Prospect Heights’ own blogging mixologists, Steve Schul and Paul Zablocki. They will pour spirits and mix some cocktails. Spirits will include Campo de Encanto Pisco, Templeton Rye and DH Krahn Gin. We only do spirits tastings a few times a year, so don’t miss it if you’re a fan of cocktails.
