Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since the prohibition era within the city limits. Located in a 325 square-foot, second-floor room in East Williamsburg, the distillery currently produces moonshine and bourbon with five, 24-liter stainless steel stills. Working at a traditional scale with a mix of modern equipment and ancient techniques, Kings County makes whiskey unlike any other distillery operating today.
