Unique Bourbons and Ryes

A wide spectrum of North American whiskies here: discover how rye is embedded to the very core of our History, how it is still the flavor signature of Canadian whiskies, and how Bourbon is rarely a "finished" product when rye is absent from its mashbill! Rye is all the rage now and producers can't keep up with the booming demand...but let's investigate what makes Bourbon the main US whiskey present on our tables and in our liquor cabinets with an overview of its aromatic diversity. From left to right (not a tasting order): Angels' Envy Port cask finished Bourbon, Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whisky, High West Double Rye, Eagle Rare 10 years Bourbon, a double-barreled Bourbon made just for us, Buffalo Trace's Single Oak Project, Rebel Reserve wheated Bourbon
