Back due to popular demand. After taking this class, you’ll be well versed in concepts such as the role of peat in whisky-making, chill filtration, Scotland’s whisky making regions, how to nose and taste, evaluation, and even how to pronounce Gaelic words such as Islay, Lagavulin, and Glenfiddich. We’ll taste six drams (and you’ll know exactly what a dram is, too). Signature cocktail and light appetizers provided. Bottle Keep members receive 15% off.
