Whiskey Blending with High West Distillery!
Class begins at 4pm.
Every year, Park City's High West Distillery leads a fantastic class on their unique rye whiskeys, bourbon whiskeys, vodkas, and everything in between. This Saturday, High West's Eliza Czander will lead a tasting on what the distillery does best: blending! Taste "components" of some of their most famous bottlings, and then try the finished bottlings to see how the art of blending is just that, an art!
