Anthony Caporale, producer and host of Art of the Drink TV and former beverage manager for Mesa Grill, will introduce you to the history and science behind cask-aged spirits. You will learn the correct way to taste and evaluate different styles, sample both common and rare brands, and compare flavor profiles.
